Pan Fried Soft Shell Crab
6 large soft shell crabs, cleaned with gills removed
2 tablespoons grapeseed oil
micro cilantro to garnish
salt and pepper to taste
In a large heavy bottomed pan, heat grapeseed oil until smoking. Saute seasoned crabs for approximately three to four minutes per side, being careful that crabs don’t pop and splatter. Pool sauce around the crab, and garnish with micro cilantro.
